Shadowing and Antishadowing in the Rescaling Model

Abstract
Nuclear deep inelastic structure functions F_2^A(x,Q^2) as well as partondistribution functions in a nuclei are investigated in the framework ofrescaling model. Our analysis is based on analytical expressions for quark andgluon densities in a proton derived at the leading order of QCD coupling. Byfitting the rescaling parameters from the experimental data onF_2^A(x,Q^2)/F_2^D(x,Q^2) ratio for several nuclear targets, we derivepredictions for corresponding nuclear parton distributions and, thus, forshadowing and antishadowing effects.
