新能源微电网多层级车网协同优化策略

Abstract
针对规模化电动汽车(EV)接入新能源微电网(NEMG)的经济运行与负荷波动问题,提出一种考虑用户积极性的NEMG多层级车网协同优化策略.首先,负荷层在考虑用户积极性的前提下将EV作为一种控制负荷的手段,通过分时电价来优化用电负荷;其次,微网层为最大程度贴合清洁能源出力态势,采用清洁能源支撑负荷层优化后负荷并由EV与储能参与辅助调节;最后,配网层通过主网与燃气轮机消纳结余净负荷,由结余清洁能源入网获取收益以实现经济性与安全性高度统一.算例分析表明所提策略可实现多主体共赢,验证了所提方法的合理性与有效性.
