Abstract
随着教学改革的不断深入,综合性大学微生物学实验课程教学在强调技能培养和操作训练同时,越来越重视解决典型问题的科研能力培养,为本科生开设研究型综合实验是必然选择.开设的研究型实验应接近科研,难度适当.因此,我们开设了酒酿制作和关键微生物分离实验,要求学生分离和研究发酵过程中的关键真菌,使学生了解传统的饮食文化,认识酒酿制作微生物学原理的同时,强化微生物学实验技术,熟悉典型的功能微生物研究路线.
