双心病与相关影响因素关联的病例对照研究

Abstract
随着社会的发展,人们所面临的压力与日俱增,由焦虑、抑郁等心理性疾病和心血管疾病引起的双心病越来越受关注. 临床上双心病的显著特点就是心脏发生器质性病变同时伴有心理性疾病[1-2]. 在中国,双心病处于发病率高、发现率和识别率均低的现状[3].传统的生物医学模式更多关注躯体健康,很少探究心理健康,这就导致双心病患者不能及时有效地被诊断,从而延误了治疗,对患者造成了巨大的负面影响. 双心病的发生受到吸烟、饮酒、肥胖、童年应激等多种因素的影响[4] ,探讨这些因素与双心病发生的关联并加以干预,对双心病的防治有重大意义. 本研究以双心病患者为研究对象,采用病例对照的流行病学方法,分析双心病发生的相关危险因素,为双心病干预措施提供理论依据.
