本文通过调查并分析女医护职工的职场压力及其减压情况,结论女性医护工作者的职场压力水平较高,科研压力、“医闹”纠纷是其主要压力源,端正自身科研态度,转变负性压力以及卫生行政部门及医院管理部门的支持,均将有利于女性医护工作者减轻职场压力.
