Abstract
原发性胆汁性肝硬化(primary biliary cirrhosis,PBC)是一种缓慢进展性胆汁淤积性自身免疫性肝病,表现为慢性胆汁淤积、抗线粒体抗体阳性、肝穿刺病理呈非化脓性炎症和小叶间胆管破坏.近年来PBC研究领域取得了一些进展,本文将从流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、诊断、药物治疗及预后评估6个方面阐述PBC研究现状.
