2015年入选北京市科技新星计划,主要从事IgA肾病发病机制的研究。
创新性成绩包括:1、提出并证实多个糖基转移酶遗传多态性通过遗传交互作用影响IgA1分子糖基化,进而参与IgA肾病发病和进展的遗传机制。2、揭示了糖基化异常IgA1分子启动补体活化,在补体调节蛋白编码基因遗传多态性的协同作用下,影响致病IgA1分子复合物形成并肾小球沉积的机制。3、揭示了糖基化异常致病IgA1分子复合物对肾脏固有细胞(系膜细胞、足细胞和内皮细胞)的损伤机制。
