Zhi-Xuan Zhang

Zhixuan Zhang received his B.S. degree in electronic science and technology from Changzhi University in 2019. He is currently a master’s student at Xiamen Uni-versity of Technology, Xiamen, China. He is working in the optoelectronics semiconductor research base under the supervision of Prof. Shui-Yang Lien. His re-search interests are wide band-gap trans-parent conductive oxide thin films by plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition.
