Chen Zhao received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from Henan Polytechnic University, Jiaozuo, China, in 2011, and the M.E. degree in control science from Shanghai University, Shanghai, China, in 2014, where she is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree. Her research interests are in game analysis and risk management in power market.
