Bio
主要从事植物高产和耐逆机理的分子生物学及高产耐逆植物新品种的开发等有关研究,利用玉米、番茄、杨树和大豆为材料以及植物转基因技术,对多个高产、耐逆基因的功能进行了分析,并应用于高产、耐逆植物新品种培育。相关研究曾在在Nature Biotechnology, PNAS、New Phytologist、Cell Research等杂志上发表。先后承担了国家863重大专项、转基因重大专项和自然科学基金委、中国科学院先导重大专项、上海市重点基础研究等多个项目的研究任务。培养博士毕业研究生15名,副研究员4名,硕士生1名,目前在读博士研究生5名,硕士研究生1名,所带领的课题组成功建立了玉米、番茄、大豆、油菜、甜菜、山茱萸和杨树的高效转基因体系,并培育出多个高产、耐逆植物新品系, 其中有18个材料已经获得了农业部和国家林业局批准的中试许可,获授权国际发明专利1项,国内发明专利2项,申请受理发明专利5项,以第一或责任作者发表SCI研究论文34篇,主持国家863重大专项1项、转基因重大专项1项,自然基金面上项目5项,上海市基础重点项目1项目,参加转基因重大专项4项,中科院先导重大专项1项,973项目1项。回国后作为通讯作者发表SCI论文30篇,其中1区3篇,2区13篇,3区9篇,4区5篇。
