Zeng Chuanbin(曾传滨)

Chuanbin Zeng received the B.E. degree from Nanchang Hangkong University, China, in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2009. He was involved in advanced studies with Tsinghua University and the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2003. He is an Associate Director and a Research Professor with the Silicon Devices and Technology Research and Development (research and development) Center, Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is a member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Program with the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include SOI technology and ESD.
