My work focuses on how people interact with mobile technologies in everyday life, with research directions spanning mobile attention and multitasking, intelligent notification agents, human–agent interaction, mobile crowdsourcing for collective intelligence, mobile engagement behavior and digital wellbeing. I'm also interested in social media content creation in the age of generative AI era. Across these domains, I combine system building with empirical investigation, aiming to design technologies that not only respond to human needs, but also help people manage complexity, attention, and trust in an increasingly digital world.
