个人简介
The central theme of our research evolves around how lipid metabolism affects cellular functions in a living animal. Our current focus is on the roles of lipid metabolism on neuronal signalling and cognition, insulin receptor functions, glucose transporters and blood glucose balance. We also investigate CLA and n-3 PUFA metabolisms in animal models. Our interest also covers nutrigenomics, ruminant methanogenesis, as well as electroencephalography and its applications in animal welfare studies.
