My research interests center on understanding the intricate associations between early life contexts and the development of cognitive, social, and emotional functioning in childhood. Specifically, I investigate various factors such as parenting, interparental violence, maternal mental health, and poverty, and how they impact the trajectory of children’s development of self-regulation.
