Bio
主要从事天然产物的生物合成与生物转化研究。运用13C同位素标记谱 (isotopologue profiling)、定量核磁共振以及代谢谱技术,结合酶化学与基因表达实验证据,揭示了韧革菌素Vibralactone新颖的生物合成途径,作为通讯作者的研究论文发表在国际顶尖期刊Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.。作为主要负责人之一完成国家自然科学基金重点项目,在滑桃树共生菌的富集方法上取得突破和创新,率先在国际上报道了植物共生菌宏基因组文库的成功构建。从樟科植物细毛樟和唇形科植物香茶菜,分别发现和鉴定了新的单萜香叶醇合酶基因CtGES和新的二萜合酶基因IeCPS1/ IeCPS2;首次报道了非活化碳碳双键还原酶的发现及其生物催化应用潜力。1999年主持完成云南省“九五”科技攻关重点项目“脱蛋白天然橡胶的研制”,取得具有原创性的关键技术成果,获得三项发明专利授权并通过成果鉴定。1996年首批入选“云南省中青年学术和技术带头人后备人才”。1993年主持完成国家自然科学基金课题“用免疫电镜研究番木瓜蛋白酶合成部位的结构及发育”。
