Ying Luo

Ying Luo received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Air Force Engineering University (AFEU), Xi’an, China, in 2008 and 2013, respectively. He was a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the National Laboratory of Radar Signal Processing, Xidian University, Xi’an, from 2014 to 2017, and a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore, Singapore, from 2017 to 2018. He is a Professor and a Ph.D. advisor with the Institute of Information and Navigation, AFEU. He has authored three books and over 100 articles in journals and conferences. His research interests include signal processing and auto-target recognition (ATR) in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR).
