Yang Zhang received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2012. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA. His research interests include CIGS solar cell, optical phased array, and silicon nitride photonics.
