Yang Zhang

Dr. Yang Zhang is currently a professor in School of Electronics Information at Hangzhou Dianzi University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Applied Physics from Beijing University of Technology in 1999, and did his postdoctoral research in Department of Physics at The University of Georgia (USA) and was a Visiting Scientist in Department of Chemistry at Indiana University (Bloomington, USA) from 2005-2008. During 1999 to 2005, he worked as a PI at Tsinghua University and served as a vice director of Center for Tsinghua University Photonics and Electronics. His current research interests include Carbon-based nanomaterials, Field electron emission, 2D Nanoelectronics: Physics and devices of 2D materials, Quantum nanostructures and sensors, and Nano Optoelectronics and Photonics.
