近年来的研究工作主要针对重大疾病治疗这一具体需求,通过合成新型高分子材料并使用自组装等手段利用其设计和构建纳米载体,建立了聚合物纳米胶案体系实现了对多个不同蛋白的共投递并保证其在体内协同作用,解决了多蛋白体内投递蛋白间无法协同作用的问题利用聚合物大分子与蛋白质多重组装的方式构建纳米载体并实现转录因子高效胞内投递从而为安全高效的诱导千细胞制备和再生医学的发展提供了基础技术和平台。
