Xuan (Silvia) Zhang (S’08–M’15) received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2006, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, USA, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. She was a Post-Doctoral Fellow of Computer Science with Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, USA. She is an Assistant Professor with the Preston M. Green Department of Electrical and Systems Engineering, Washington University in St. Louis, St. Louis, MO, USA. Her current research interests include very large-scale integration, computer architecture, cyber-physical systems, adaptive power and resource management for autonomous systems, hardware/software co-design for machine learning and artificial intelligence, and efficient computation and security primitives in analog and mixed-signal domain. Dr. Zhang was a recipient of the DATE Best Paper Award in 2019, and the ISLPED Design Contest Award in 2013, and has also been nominated for the Best Paper Award at DATE 2019 and DAC 2017.
