Xiaolin Bian

Xiaolin Bian received the B.S. degree in computer science and technology from Nantong University, Nantong, China, and the M.S. degree in cartography and geographic information system from Hebei Normal University, Shijiazhuang, China, in 2006 and 2009, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in cartography and geographic information system at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), Beijing, China. In 2009, he joined the Institute of Remote Sensing and Digital Earth (RADI), Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. He is currently an Associate Professor with RADI. His research interests include ocean observation by microwave remote sensing, polarimetry SAR applications, and spatial statistics.
