Bio
伍晓明长期从事微纳加工工艺与微纳器件领域的研究与开发工作,主要研究方向为集成智能传感器、微机电(MEMS)器件、能量收集器、碳基纳米器件、二维材料电子器件等。作为项目负责人,主持了国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、科技部重点研发计划课题、国际合作等多个项目,已发表科研论文100余篇,获得国家发明专利18项,是美国电气与电子工程师协会(IEEE)会员。
