Wenqi Zhang

Wenqi Zhang was born in Suzhou, China, in 1982. She received the B.S. degree in materials chemistry and the Ph.D. degree in materials physics and chemistry from Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, in 2005 and 2011, respectively. From 2008 to 2009, she was with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Yale University, as a visiting student to investigate high- $k$ dielectrics and nitride-based nonvolatile flash memory. She is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Department of Electrical Engineering, National University of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. She is currently researching a new generation of nano-scaled CMOSFETs.
