Vinay S. Kulkarni is a doctoral student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Massachusetts Lowell. He received his MS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2002 and his Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering from University of Poona, India in 1998. His doctoral research focuses on modeling, design and characterization of Stacked Crystal Filters.
