Vasileios Ziogas

I currently work as a researcher at the Hellenic Agricultural Organization ELGO-DIMITRA. My main research interests are Citriculture, postharvest physiology, evaluation & study of citrus varieties (qualitative characteristics) and antioxidant metabolism. Also, i evaluate compounds for their efficient use in tree crops. Furthermore, i study antioxidants, as biologically active substances, and determine their functional role (nutritional value and health) .
