Tsang-Chuan Chang is currently an Associate Professor of Department of Intelligent Production Engineering, National Taichung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, Republic of China. He received his Bachelor degree in the Department of Statistics from Tunghai University, Taiwan, in 2005; Master degree in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at National Chin-Yi University of Technology, Taiwan, in 2007; and the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Industrial Management in National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, in 2015. His current research interests include service management, process capability analysis, Six Sigma methodology and applications, performance evaluation, and quality management. His research has been published in Journal of Testing and Evaluation, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, Journal of Engineering Manufacture, Journal of the Chinese Institute of Engineers, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Process Mechanical Engineering, Annals of Operations Research, Quality Technology and Quantitative Management.
