Torbjörn M.J. Nilsson

Torbjörn M. J. Nilsson (M’11) has been a Specialist in reliability and electronics packaging with Ericsson AB, Gothenburg, Sweden, and subsequently with Saab AB, Gothenburg, since 2004. He is currently a Technical Specialist with Saab AB, where he is responsible for the development of cooling systems. His main focus is on electronics cooling and the future of related technologies for military radars and lasers. He is also an Adjunct Professor of electronics packaging with the Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg. He gives, on an unregular basis, the full-day course on Thermal Management of Electronics in the Nordic countries.
