Tong Liu was born in Luyi, Henan, China, in 1988. He received the B.S. degree in physics from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2009, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in optical engineering from the National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China, in 2016. Since 2017, he has been a Lecturer with the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology, Space Engineering University, Beijing. He is the author of more than 30 research articles. His research interests include novel laser source and light field manipulation technology, new-concept LiDAR technology for remote sensing and imaging, and nonlinear and integrated photonics for both classical and quantum applications.
