Bio
Todd A. Schneider (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in physics from Auburn University, Auburn, AL, USA, in 1987.
He joined the Fusion Research Laboratory, Auburn University, in 1988, and contributed to the design and construction of the Compact Auburn Torsatron device. In 1999, he joined Marshall Space Flight Center, NASA, Huntsville, USA. He is a member of the Space Environmental Effects Branch, Huntsville, USA, which tests spacecraft materials and systems in simulated space environments. He has performed work for numerous NASA programs including the International Space Station, Propulsive Small Expendable Deployer (ProSEDS), and the James Webb Space Telescope.
Mr. Schneider is a member of the American Vacuum Society and the American Institute for Aeronautics and Astronautics.
