Current research interests include learning and development in organisations, HRD, HRM and Innovation, digitisation and HRM, leadership development, coaching and mentoring, knowledge management in MNCs, entrepreneurship training, IHRD and talent management. Current projects include female leadership in Investment Banking, HRD in Asia, training and organisational performance and NHRD and ecological systems . Utilise both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
