My research is to utilize computational and statistical approaches to understand cancer biology from high-throughput sequencing data. In particular, I am interested in the clinical relevance of patterns of genetic/epigenetic changes over multiple disease time points or post-treatment to evaluate treatment efficacy, predict disease progression and relapse, and select therapy.
