Dr. T. P. Chen is a tenured faculty member in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He has over 30 years of R&D experience in Microelectronics. He is the author & coauthor of more than 320 peer-reviewed journal papers, more than 130 conference presentations, one book and 6 book chapters. He has filed 15 U.S. patents and 12 Technology Disclosures. He is the supervisor & co-supervisor of 30 PhD students and 23 postdoctoral research staff. He is a PI & Co-PI of more than 20 research projects with total grant amount > S$30M.

Research Interests
Memory devices, memory-based computing (in-memory computing, neuromorphic computing), and thin-film transistor and its applications.
