Tuuli Lappalainen

I'm a postdoctoral scientist working on functional population genomics. I’m interested in how population history and different evolutionary processes have given rise to the current spectrum of functional variation in the human genome and further to phenotypic diversity. I'm the leader of the analysis group of the RNA sequencing work package of the Geuvadis Project, and I'm also a member of the analysis groups of the GTEex project and the 1000 Genomes project.
