Bio
Sumit Chaudhary (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the M.Tech. degree in VLSI technology from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, in 2018. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology at Indore, Indore, India.
His current research interests include technology computer aided design (TCAD) modeling and fabrication of MgZnO/ZnO or CdZnO-based heterostructure field effect transistor (HFET) and HFET-based heavy metal ion sensor in water.
Mr. Chaudhary received the Madhya Pradesh (MP) Young Scientist Award in 2023 in Electrical Engineering.
