个人简介
Over the past 35 years, my research interests have focused on discovering and developing RNA therapeutics. Our work has led to key discoveries in the space of gapmer antisense and exon skipping, as well as immune modulation through toll-like receptors. Recent work has introduced cyclic-shaped structures for use in RNA therapeutics.
