Calvez, S.

Stéphane Calvez received the Diploma degree in engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Physique de Marseille, Marseille, France, in 1998, the Ph.D. degree from the Université de Franche Comte, Besançon, France, in 2002, focusing on fiber lasers, and the Habilitation (HDR) degree from Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France, in 2015, for solid-state laser engineering using semiconductor devices and microfabrication techniques. From 2002 to 2012, he was an Associate Team Leader of the Semiconductor Optoelectronics Group, Institute of Photonics, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, U.K., where his research interests included novel semiconductor materials and vertical-cavity devices and their applications. Since 2012, he has been a CNRS Researcher with the LAAS-CNRS, where his research is devoted to the development of integrated optics devices.
