Srinivas Laxminarayan

Srinivas Laxminarayan received the B.E. degree in electronics engineering from the University of Pune, Pune, India, in 2000, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL, USA, in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, USA, in 2011. He is currently a Research Scientist in the Department of Defense Biotechnology High Performance Computing Software Applications Institute, Frederick, MD, USA. His current research interests include development of biomathematical models of physiology, time series analysis, computational neuroscience, signal processing, control theory, Bayesian schemes for parameter optimization, and machine learning.
