Sohail Saif is working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Computer Application under the School of Information Science and Technology at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal. Previously he has worked as an Assistant Professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) at Haldia Institiute of Technology. He also worked as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a WBDST sponsored Research Project. He is persuing (Thesis Submitted) his Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal. He did his M.Tech in Software Engineering (Gold Medal) and B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, WB in 2014 and 2018, respectively. He also qualified in National Eligibility Test (NET) examination in 2022.His research area is broadly related to security in IoT based remote healthcare. He has published several research papers in SCIE/Scopus indexed journals, book chapters and conference proceedings. He is a reviewer of several journals also program committee member of international conferences.
