Alessandro Simoni

Alessandro Simoni received the Ph.D. degree in earth science from the University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy, in 1999. He has been an Associate Professor in Engineering Geology with the Department of Biological, Geological and Environmental Sciences, University of Bologna, since 2015. His research interests include landslide and debris flow hazard evaluation and risk mitigation, slope hydrology, on-site, and remote monitoring of gravitational slope movements.
