Shibin Zhang

Shibin Zhang (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electronic science and technology from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2015. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid state electronics at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. He was a Visiting Scholar with the Micro and Nanotechnology Laboratory, University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, Urbana, IL, USA. His current research interests include the design and microfabrication techniques of MEMS resonators and filters for RF front ends.
