Shesh Mani Pandey

Shesh Mani Pandey received the M.Tech. degree in solid-state material from IIT Delhi, New Delhi, India, in 1995. He started his career at Semiconductor Complex Ltd., Chandigarh, India, as a Technology Development Engineer. He joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES (Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing), Singapore, in 1999. Since 1999, he had been involved in the development of different technologies starting from 0.35- $\mu \text{m}$ CMOS to state-of-the-art 7-nm CMOS technology. He is currently the TCAD Manager for the 7-nm program at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Malta, NY, USA. He holds 25 patents and has also authored/coauthored more than 25 papers in different journals/conferences.
