Shao-Ju Shih

Shao-Ju Shih received the M.S. degree from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Materials, University of Oxford, Oxford, U.K., in 2009. From 2009 to 2010, he was with Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, as a Research Associate. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taipei. His areas of interest are the synthesis and characterization of oxide and metal nanoparticles, grain boundary engineering, and observations of transmission electron microscopy.
