Shang-Chih Ma

Shang-Chih Ma was born in Keelung, Taiwan, R.O.C., on December 16, 1966. He received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. in 1988 and 1994, respectively. From 1994 to 2002, he was an Engineer at Computer and Communication Research Laboratories, Industrial Technology Research Institute, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C. He is currently with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Chung Yuan Christian University, Chung-Li, Taiwan, R.O.C., as an Assistant Professor. His research interests include coding theory and digital circuit design.
