I am a Junior Professor at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, Division of Social Psychology. My main focus is the field of social exclusion and ostracism. I am studying both the antecedents (why individuals are excluded from groups) as well as possible consequences and reactions to being excluded. Other research interest comprise social norms, moral judgments, and diversity in groups.
