Bio
Sebastian Müller received the Diploma and Master’s degrees
from the University of Applied Sciences Muenster, Germany. He did his master thesis on the switchable laser operation
of Pr$^{3+}$:LiYF
$_4$ lasers in cooperation with the solid-state laser group of
Prof. Huber at the Institut für Laser-Physik in 2010. For Ph.D., he works on the development of new visible
femtosecond-laser written waveguide lasers in fluoride crystals. He also deals with waveguides in nonlinear crystals
for an efficient frequency conversion into the visible spectral region.
