Saikat Chowdhury

My primary research interest is particularly focused on the omics based studies to unravel the unknown and unsolved enigmas of the pathogenesis of different human diseases, especially cancer. In my current postdoctoral training program at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, I have been involved in the high-throughput functional genomic and ML/AI based studies to identify specific disease biomarkers & targetable vulnerabilities in cancer cell lines and primary tumors.
