个人简介
Experienced researcher with specialization in analysis of image and video. Currently, developing deep learning solutions for clinical image analysis at Cleveland Clinic.
My research goal is to develop novel computational techniques for medical
imaging to improve diagnosis and prognosis and eventually patient care using MRI. In past years, I have actively involved in different projects for developing machine learning based segmentation and detection algorithms for specific pathologies, such as segmentation of tissues (Cartilage, Meniscus etc) and bone in musculoskeletal multi-vendor multi-site MR Imaging Data, active lesion counting from non standardized MRI and calcification quantification from CT etc.. I have also worked on project to uncover potential MRI based biomarkers for Multiple sclerosis to assess the activity and progression of disease.
