Bio
My research interests focus on investigation of heterogeneous catalysis for hydrogenation of carbon–oxygen bonds (e.g. dimethyl oxalate, CO2) to valuable products like ethylene glycol, methanol or methane. The catalyst design is mainly based on rare metals and non-precious based materials. Dr. Ye has published his research results in more than 70 high-level SCI journals with 30 co-first authors or corresponding author papers published in journals like Nature Communications, and ACS Catalysis.
