Rishi Verma

Rishi Verma received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, India, and the Ph.D. degree in physics from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is currently a Scientific Officer (F) with the Pulsed Power and Electromagnetics Division, BARC Facilities, Visakhapatnam, India, and is also a designated Associate Professor and recognized Ph.D. Guide with the Homi Bhabha National Institute (Engineering Sciences), Mumbai, India. He has been involved in the design and development of various types of customized pulsed power systems with tailored energy storage, pulse compression, and switching techniques. He has authored several research papers in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings of international repute. His current research interests include dense plasmas, nonionizing and ionizing electromagnetic radiation generators, and repetitive pulsed power systems.
