Raghvendra Kumar received the B.Tech., M.Tech., and Ph.D. degrees in computer science and engineering, India. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Institute of Information Technology, Virtual Reality and Multimedia, Vietnam, and an Honorary Adjunct Distinguished Scientist with the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (AI Lab), Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam, from April 2022 to April 2023. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, GIET University, India. He has authored and edited 34 computer science books in the field of the Internet of Things, data mining, biomedical engineering, big data, robotics, and IGI Global Publication, USA, IOS Press, The Netherlands, Springer, Elsevier, and CRC Press, USA. He has published a number of research papers in international journals (SCI/SCIE/ESCI/Scopus) and conferences, including IEEE and Springer. He also published 16 chapters in an edited book published by IGI Global, Springer, and Elsevier. His research interests include computer networks, data mining, cloud computing and secure multiparty computations, theory of computer science, and design of algorithms. He serves as a Series Editor for the Internet of Everything (IOE): Security and Privacy Paradigm, Green Engineering and Technology: Concepts and Applications (CRC Press, Taylor & Francis Group, USA), and Bio-Medical Engineering: Techniques and Applications (Apple Academic Press, CRC Press, Taylor & Francis Group, USA). He also serves as an Acquisition Editor for Computer Science (Apple Academic Press, CRC Press, Taylor & Francis Group, USA). He was the Organizing Chair (RICE-2019, 2020, and 2021), a Volume Editor (RICE-2018) for ICNGIoT-2021 and 2022, a keynote speaker, a session chair, a co-chair, a publicity chair, a publication chair, an advisory board member, and a technical program committee member in many international and national conferences. He serves as a guest editor for many special issues in reputed journals (indexed by Scopus, ESCI, and SCI).
